Understanding Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD): What Educators need to know

If you work in an educational setting, from early years to secondary school, you will meet children and young people affected by Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD).

This resource provides appropriate strategies and interventions for FASD and is also applicable for use with children and young people who are not yet diagnosed with FASD, but who share some of the same learning needs.

Please note that some of the language in this document differs from what is used in Alberta and by the Alberta FASD Service Networks (including the WRaP 2.0 Coaching Partnership Project).
